I found this photograph on the internet.

It is a photograph of the West End of Tan Son Nhut, where 157 North Vietnamese Soldiers and Viet Cong are buried.

Two things about this photograph:

1.  It will show you how high the sign is, next to two adult men.

2.  The man, is re-enlisting and has his right hand in the air, saying his oath to the United States.
