A Young Security Policeman on duty at some unknown TSN location.  But certainly on the main part of the base.  You can see bicycles in the foreground and a fence in the background.

As an officer, I lived in Barracks 375 and there always was a Security Policeman on duty at the entrance to the area.  He would sometimes relieve the boredom of standing in that small sheet metal enclosed guard shack by walking into the compount to stretch his legs but he was never far from the entrance way.
